All test and classes are officially over!!! On Wednesday, or there about, Aaron will receive an email that says "you have completed all the needed hoop jumping, time taking, money spending shenanigan that we can think of and are officially a Financial Planner." Ok so it might not say quite that but close ;) Wednesday we went down to Belleview for the final courses. The drive was a little long but Aaron took me to Miners in Yakima and I must say that their milk shakes might give Matts a run for their money... There was some crazy fog and it felt like the shows where the world is going to end and everyone is rushing to get as far away from the city as they can. Don't worry, we made it safe and had a great time. Aaron loved the presentations and came home with 101 new ideas and I have a few new blisters from walking the city for about 2 hours as I waited. You think after all this I'd get more patient but that is not the case. I'm very glad that we are in the Tri Cities instead of the Seattle area, big cities are fun to visit but they are not for me.
We couldn't visit the city and not do some type of tourism so we drove to the Space Needle, I was to much of a chicken to go up at the time. It's a lot taller than I had imagined but next time...if we have time...and I haven't eaten...and the stars are in line... and... I just might go up (wink)
So I'm not sure why my newest two slide shows are not working but I hope to fix it soon. N-e-ways that the news for now.

Bum Bum Bum....

Last time Aaron and I were home Bryann and I looked into how much of my hair I would have to cut to be able to donate it. We found out it as 10 inches!!!! I wasn't ready for it then but come Christmas and my hair causing me a ton of grief, as well as a little coaxing from the family, I decided to go through with it. I didn't cry until Dad got home but got over it fast. As you see there are no final pictures of what it looks like done, that is because I'm still not sure how to do it good enought for a picture but I'm loving being able to wear hats again without getting a head ache.

Holiday Getaway

We took two weeks off for the holiday's and it was soooooooo much fun. The drive wasn't to bad, we hit a little bit of ice on the pass going down and then had to stay an extra night in Missoula because of a storm that came a day early but other than that it was smooth sailing.
My how time flies, the kids have grown so fast, Kambrie is the most changed. Her personality always kept us smiling and she kept us all in line with her no non-since attitude. She loved Mom's snowman and played and chatted with him every chance she got. We made popcorn balls, she was more than happy to help clean up the fallen pieces and eat those that didn't quite make it. Kalista enjoyed herself and Keaton had fun for a little bit but was more interested in Rock Band.
Keaton and my shining moment was when we were doing some drop 'n runs, we had targeted a difficult house so Keaton and I took a little bit of a head start. As we run we hit a bit of black ice, he fell, and then I fell on him and had to have Dad pick him up as I tried to run and laugh at the same time. We took Kambrie with us to the first home and she about gave us away. The person came out and called for anyone, Kambrie starts giggling, then Keaton falls over in his snow stuff and she giggles more which then make Dad, Bryann, and I giggle. We ended up making it out and left her in the getaway van with Aaron for the rest.
For the winter Mom and Dad borrowed a four wheeler which we took out a few times to pull the sleds. Kalista was hilarious, she road with whoever would drive whenever she could. Brooks found a place where we could get some air if he swung us right and she thought that was great. Aaron ended up with some major battle bruises that are now almost gone.
Christmas day we took a trip to Belgrade to visit Grandma and Papa’s. They had so much snow that Brooks made a huge mound of snow for the kids to sled down from off the deck. The snow was so deep that when Bryann first put the Kambrie down she couldn’t move on her own, Kalista had to make tracks for her to follow. Bryann and the kids made their first snow man and were very excited. Grandman and Papa loved watching them play. After dinner and just before we left they took down the sledding hill but not before making it a mini fort.
Brooks and I took a hike up to the trestles for a project he was working on. It was a long hike but I love it. Mom taught me how to make pumpkin pies, there are no pictures because they tasted better then they looked (which wasn't half bad)
New Years we spent at Bryann's and rocked out with Rock Band after Bryann, Aaron, and I played a mean game of Disney Monopoly. The two weeks flew by far too fast but it's nice to be home and back into the swing of things.
